Cancellations
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid orders, place & delivery in India):
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@fabposture.com.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled. In case or prepaid order, the refund process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after cancellation request duly accepted by us.
If the order has been shipped it can’t be cancelled. Easy return is available for eligible orders. Please read out return policy below.
Refund and Returns
At FabPosture, we are not 100% satisfied until you are.
Most of our items are eligible for our 7-days return policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund/replacement.
To make a return, simply email us at support@fabposture.com with your contact information, order number, and reason for the return and we’ll respond as quickly as possible to coordinate the process.
We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like FedEx or UPS, or USPS with a Delivery Confirmation. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. The original cost (if any) of shipping an item to you is non-refundable.
Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to your credit card/ bank account within 3-5 business days.
